This issue's cover was designed in layers using the programs Cinema 4D and Adobe After Effects to give a three-dimensional affect. The layer at right created the rays of light beaming out of the text. Designed by Greg Duncan.

About the Designer
 
Greg Duncan is a freelance designer and creative director. He was a co-founder of Verb!, the motion graphics design firm responsible for the design of The Colbert Report and The Daily Show, as well as the current on-air look for HBO. He lives in Los Angeles with his wife and son.
