Tamar Cohen sees spots--and makes them too. Well polka dots, actually. The two life-long passions that drive her work are "my love of polka dots," she told me, "and my ongoing enthusiasm for vintage paper ephemera and books. I use collage and silkscreen to combine and juxtapose the two, creating a dynamic visual world of layered contrasts." Her engagingly graphic prints can be found on her website.
