September 15, 2008. This October, the month-long, second annual Singapore Archifest 08 will celebrate man and the built environment. Events around Singapore will include student and professional exhibitions, a conference, architecture tours, and so-called “Fringe Events.” Those will feature a show of the year’s best architectural projects, lectures by architects, and the two-day Archifest 08 Forum: Man+Environment, which will take place on October 16th and 17th and showcase speakers like Fernando Menis (Spain), Jo Noero (South Africa) and Andrew Maynard (Australia). archifest.sg
