Don’t Worry, Stay Healthy

The current swine flu outbreak in Mexico and parts of the U.S. and Canada is causing alarm. So, without minimizing the real worry, it’s helpful to remember that this has happened before, as the graphics here prove. The poster above from the early 20th century suggests the time-honored precautions we can all take to stop the spread of germs. Here they are: Cover your mouth when you cough or sneeze, wash your hands often, and if ill, go home and stay in bed until you are well. Don’t worry, stay healthy.
