Temporary Gestalten Shop Opens in Berlin

December 9, 2008. Gestalten, the Berlin-based content creator best known for its more than 250 book titles, opened Gestalten Temporary in the city’s tony Mitte district. At Mulackstrasse 31/32 (near Bless!), the company, which has been quietly producing some of the top-ranked podcasts on the Web and events designed for the international creative community, will offer books on design, architecture, graphics, contemporary art, designer toys, calendars and DVDs, along with special events featuring artists and authors. The shop will also debut Gestalten Art Editions, more than 40 limited-edition artworks featured in the company’s publications presented as high-quality art prints produced with state-of-the-art digital LAMBDA technology. The first Editions include pieces by Stephan Doitschinoff, Jan Feindt, James Gallagher, Benjamin Güdel, Christian Montenegro, Neasden Control Centre and Vania.
