Print Announces Debbie Millman for the 2013 RDA Cover Design

Print Magazine is pleased to announce that Debbie Millman will be designing the cover of its Regional Design Annual, to be released in November of this year.

The Regional Design Annual, now in its 32nd year and one of the most respected competitions in the design market, is a comprehensive look at graphic design in the United States and the only design competition organized by geography.

“The Regional Design Annual is one of the industry’s most anticipated issues every year. The RDA’s prestige and place in design history warrants a cover design by one of the most recognized designers in the world today”, said Gary Lynch, Group Publisher and Community Leader for F+W Media’s Design Community. “The cover design should reflect and represent the great work that appears within the pages of the Regional Design Annual issue and I think people will be thrilled with the bold and inventive cover ideas Debbie is coming up with. I know I am.”

“I’m very excited to be given this incredible opportunity. I have been an avid reader of Print Magazine ever since I started my career in design and the Regional Design Annual is one of my favorite issues every year,” said Debbie Millman, President of Sterling Brands design division and Chair of the Masters in Branding program at the School of Visual Arts, “Designing the cover is a real honor and I’m looking forward to working with the Print Magazine editorial team.”
