The Bath of Reason

Announcing another new occasional feature: “My Favorite Utopian Advertisement.” This one is what I call “The Bath of Reason” in which is introduced a new square tub designed to make life into a better bathing experience. The American Standard company vividly shows how mom, dad, sis and bro enjoy the wonders of gourmet bathing (note their curiously risque bareness). If you have a moment, read the delightful copy and you will feel like you’re taking a nice warm bath, or something just as comforting.

I actually have this bath in my house and was so surprised to see it on Print! I can tell you it’s an amazing tub and still lives up to its Utopian claims of the past.
