If you want to pull in crowds or keep people at bay, there is nothing better than “Flashy Pennants,” “Advertising Pencils” and “No Hitch-Hiker Stickers.” These were all the rage in the 1930s, but pennants, pencils and stickers just never get old. Only the prices for them radically change.
