As a promotion for his latest book, Monumental, O’Callaghan’s tasty new mammoth concoction will be at the Brooklyn flea market on Saturday and Sunday. He’s trying to get as many people out there as possible to share the fare. “I also did a 10′ tall package with all the takeout essentials (napkin, fork, ketchup etc…).”
