Girl Hub creates an environment that enables girls to build their capacity and aspiration so they can break the cycle of intergenerational poverty. It is the unique potential of 600 million adolescent girls to end poverty for themselves and the world. It’s a big idea with big impacts, which the leaders call the Girl Effect.
Our job is to unleash this by transforming policies to better cater for girls and using powerful communications to amplify their voices, inspire them to demand change and educate society to their value. We are already active in Rwanda, Northern Nigeria and Ethiopia, through dedicated country hubs.
