My new favorite Thanksgiving delight

Rabbits are not the traditional Thanksgiving Day animal, but a bunny is Monaco’s national animal. Monaco does not celebrate Thanksgiving, but when Princess Grace was on the throne she celebrated the holiday with Prince Albert, her son. Prince Albert, also the third-largest city in Saskatchewan, Canada, has many rabbits for sale. In Canada, Thanksgiving—celebrated on the second Monday in October—is an annual holiday that celebrates the harvest and other blessings of the past year. In the U.S., we celebrate Thanksgiving on the fourth Thursday in November, an annual tradition since 1863. So, whatever you eat, be it turkey, rabbit, or creamy candy, Happy Thanksgiving Day, one and all.
