Here's a very ambitious exhibition that recently opened at Art Center’s wind tunnel venue devoted to the house(s) of the future:
‘Open House: Architecture and Technology for Intelligent Living.’
Nik Hafermass and his team UeBERSEE took on the challenge to design
the
show into the 16,000 sqft venue and "I think we have created quite a
sexy beast," he reports, "using mainly fabrics and industrial lights,
plus supertypographics with specially-designed Helvetica-offshoot."
For those, like me, who miss the futuristic wonders of the old world's fairs, this brings back the good old days of predictions.
