Can anyone tell me what the program is for making mouths open and close like a ventriloquist dummy? Whatever. . .
The latest use of this soon-to-be-tiresome program is actually a pretty funny riff on rap, Kyle Webster's flash animation "Original Design Gangsta" on YouTube.

Thanks for posting this, Steve. I wrote you an email regarding the production technique - sadly there were no tricks or special software apps used - I just synced up various photos of my mouth with the sounds... and it took forever!
