| HERE IS MY ANSWER, WHAT'S YOUR'S??
A great teacher is somebody who loves to teach and can recognize a great student. A great teacher is somebody who really has self confidence andmastery of their material, and is not selfish. Teachers can't be selfish. They can't hold it in; they have to let all of their secrets out. They have to want to do that in a selfless way, not just to get the glory of being considered a great teacher. They have to do it because they're passing the
baton. They have to be able to share wisdom in such a way that people will embrace it. You can't be haughty. Students can see right through everything, particularly if they're paying lots of money. They can tellwhen they're not getting what they should be getting. It doesn't mean thatthere isn't friction: there should be friction, there should be tension. But a teacher can't close his/her mind off when that tension begins to happen. There has to be the ability to accept opposing points of view, at the same time having confidence so that what one is trying to transmit does get transmitted.
