The Kelly-Winterton Press is happy to announce today’s launch of a Kickstarter campaign that will support the publication of a book on the work of one of the greatest calligraphers of our time, Alice Koeth.

Jerry Kelly, designer and editor of the project, writes: “Scribes around the world know Alice through her celebrated workshops. New Yorkers who walked along Madison Avenue in the late ’60s through the ’70s would have seen her masterful posters for The Morgan Library. More of her graphic work was created for a wide assortment of clients—commercial enterprises, publishers, universities, organizations and individuals—with much never before published.”

The book will be large-format, hardcover, and profusely illustrated with over 140 reproductions of Alice’s work, most in color, and most full-page. Many of the pieces to be printed in this volume have never been reproduced in a book before. Details are on the Kickstarter page.
