As a 19-20 year old, I consumed inordinate amounts of the stuff. Although it was tough to look at (all pink and extruded as a block of congealed goo), once it was fried up, hmmmm, hmmmmm, good!

This is my ode to Spam: Wham What a Ham! Spam What a Wham!!!! (with apologies to “Mr. Blandings Builds His Dream House“) on my favorite of all holidays.
