03/31/2014: Typolitic project
Typolitic gathers the top typographic work from international design students. This typeface, called Occupy Monotype, was created by Aaron Gillett and Luke Robertson, students of Queensland College of Art and Griffith University in Australia. The project stemmed out of creating a unified monospaced display typeface for the Occupy movement. Check out more samples of the work here. 03/21/2014: Beethoven poster project
Jessica Svendsen, Yale School of Art grad now employed at Pentagram, handled Michael Bierut’s 100 Days Workshop in a spectacular way. Redesigning this Josef Müller-Brockmann, each approach plays with space and typography, and there are several excellent solutions, all in black and white.
