Adrian Wilson, known for his extraordinary résumé of public interventions, sent me his most recent response to COVID-19. If you’re of an age (well any age) it is recognizable.

“I thought Pac-Man was a perfect visual representation of the way that the virus chases after you relentlessly once you step outside,” he writes. “The high-score board represents the huge number of lost lives and I wanted to add the names of the politicians because they seem to treat the pandemic like a game. As in Pac-Man, there is nothing to win but it takes a lot of expenditure and lost lives just to achieve the reputation of being the best player.”
Keep ’em coving, Adrian.
