The Type Directors Club (TDC) is turning to the metaphysical – or typophysical – with its latest promotion. Madame Wahler’s Lucky Serif Dream Book, is based on dream books found in botanicas. They’re used for dream interpretation and picking the right numbers to play (that is gamble on).
Written and designed by Gail Anderson, with illustrations by Bonnie Clas and animation online by Josh Hester. Anderson says “I decided to interpret dreams though typography.”
What’s more “This book will help you to pick the right font for any job—and win big,” she says. “The website has horoscope readings, too.” The fonts from Veer. Paper from Neenah and printing by Blanchette Press.
