If you look around, you’ll see a revival of typographic embroidery. Every other kind of type platform has been revived so why not this? La Broderie was a large broadsheet devoted to the sewing arts. This issue, like many others, was devoted to stitching letters and monograms—threads came in light, medium, bold and knotted.
