I loved Chunky–“what a chunk of chocolate,” said Arnold Stang. But now, my latest fave is Mast Brothers Chocolate. While I appreciate the sugar-light taste and the delicious ingredients (nuts, cranberries, etc.), the packaging is simply delightful. The Masts (two brothers), from Williamsburg, Brooklyn, say they are New York City’s “only bean-to-bar chocolate maker, and one of only a handful of artisan chocolate makers in the United States.” See their little movie here.
