You probably know Instrument from the company’s brilliant brand, strategy, marketing and engineering work for the likes of Nike, Sonos, Quibi, Google and more.

Their latest client: new designers and recent grads struggling to find their footing during the COVID-19 pandemic.

With Instrument’s Office Hours initiative on May 22, the Portland- and New York City–based creative enterprise is dedicating its entire fleet of 80 designers to providing one-on-one virtual sessions that include portfolio feedback, career advice, and more.

As Instrument writes, “Need some tips about how to present your work? Curious about how to go about making connections? Want to take a project to the next level? We’ve got you covered, even if you don’t know where to start.”

Since there are only 150 slots available throughout the day, Instrument is hosting a lottery system and survey that is available until 1 p.m. May 21. To register, click here.

In the meantime, we’re soaking up some inspiration from Instrument’s perpetually thoughtful and well-executed recent work. Check some highlights out here.
