In October, Bisazza took up residence in New York’s SoHo district. The Italian glass-tile manufacturer turned over the design of its new 3,500-square-foot showroom to creative director Fabio Novembre, who applied a vivid dose of product to the floor, walls, and ceiling. The bold pattern of the Logos and Metron terrazzo floor slabs ($16.50–$28 and $27.60–$47 per square foot, respectively) is matched by the ceiling’s Vetricolor ($16–$48) and Le Gemme ($37) tiles. According to Novembre, the pattern is a high-octane update of Palladian style. Its swirls complement the curlicue black-and-gold And sofa Novembre designed for Cappellini ($4,646–$6,300). Among the goods to be displayed on the showroom’s conveyor-belt shelving system (on back wall): Bisazza’s 24-karat-gold-leafed Oro tiles transformed into eight styles of jewelry ($65 to $240). This collection was conceived by Rossella Bisazza, sister of company president Piero. Bisazza: 43 Greene Street, New York (212) 463-0624; www.bisazza.com
