Read on for today’s obsession!Gareth Leyshom has developed a series of playfully inventive decorative pieces which fuses the notion of the illuminated letter well with modern crafty, hand-made typographic forms reminiscent of needlepoint, marker drawings, primitive PostScript forms, maps, and study hall doodles.
This is all part of his Final Major Project to create a design a day for two months, and he’s made a lovely book of this work available as well from his BigCartel storefront £20.00 (Americans, that’s about $34.00). The book contains 66 illustrations on silk stock over 87 pages.
