AK 3L Continuum Fuse Jacket

Spend all day on the slopes without taking a break to warm up by the fire in Burlington, Vt.-based Burton’s AK 3L Continuum Fuse jacket. After years of research, design and testing, Burton has incorporated welded construction into its jacket to give users the utmost protection from the elements. Using a bonding process to fuse the seams, Burton eliminated stitch holes and seam tape to decrease the weight, and the Continuum’s origami-like pattern minimizes the need for seams and multi-paneled construction. The jacket retails for $399.95. www.burton.com
