Brodflour is an urban mill and bakery located in Toronto. Canadian grains are organically milled on-site and are used to bake flavorful bread, which serves as the base of sandwiches and other menu items offered in Brodflour's Scandinavian-inspired space.
Puncture Design's branding takes a similar approach to Brodflour's breadmaking, working with the grain to express the greatest amount of flavor, with a nod to tradition with a modern flare.
