Following Tolerance on Its World Tour
Enter the 2018 Regional Design Annual by April 2 for a chance to be featured among the country’s best design work. Our judges: Sagi Haviv, Rebeca Méndez, Nancy Skolos, Alexander Isley, Chad Michael, Gail Anderson and Justin Peters.
Sound it out: Tol·er·ance. The noun: tolerance: The ability or willingness to tolerate something, in particular the existence of opinions or behavior that one does not necessarily agree with.It also means “strength” as in the strength it takes to withstand pressure.
An ongoing exhibition held inside and outside is literally withstanding the elements of nature (and may last on the road longer than The Rolling Stones) Tolerance Posters/Billboards exhibition curated by Mirko Ilic is traveling throughout Europe, South Africa and more continents and locales. This past week it appeared all across Ljubljana, Slovenia. Unlike previous shows, the posters/billboards have been placed in different locations around the city. This show is part of the House of Tolerance festival. The current festival will be open March 18–23.
