Maker Faire 2018 Serves Up Another Helping of Do-It-Yourself Ingenuity
Maker Faire is an international phenomenon, with some 200 events held worldwide. But the Bay Area Maker Faire is the largest, drawing more than 125,000 people each May to San Mateo, California. For the uninitiated, this event is a showcase for do-it-yourself ingenuity in categories that include art & design, vehicles, robotics, woodworking, electronics and lots more. Produced by Maker Media, it’s billed as “The Greatest Show & Tell on Earth.”
