Earlier this year, we interviewed UK illustrator and designer Matt Needle about his quest to design a poster for every single James Bond film in the cinematic canon.
Needle began the project in anticipation of the April 2020 release of the latest film, No Time to Die—which would become the first major film to be delayed by the COVID-19 pandemic. (It’s now set for a Nov. 20 release.)
Well: Needle has spent the extra time well. And today, he completed his full set of 25 Bond posters.
They’re a graphic delight, replete with Easter eggs and callbacks—and in some cases, pardon the Bond blasphemy, they even outrank their source material.
