Pantone Opens Lifestyle Gallery in Hong Kong

The color experts at Pantone help customers around the world bring their designs to life with accurate color representation. But in addition to the firm’s color matching system, Pantone also has a lifestyle brand that includes other types of designer essentials such as a branded USB drives, coffee cups, stationery, and more. Pantone Lifestyle’s offerings have expanded to include its Funmix collection of bedding, home goods, and attire. The line consists of large dichromatic combinations that express emotions and stories through color.



To showcase the Funmix collection, Pantone has opened a lifestyle gallery in the Cityplaza department store in the Tai Koo district of Hong Kong. The store design mirrors the collection’s concept of large, immersive swaths of colors that creates a celebration of color. The 600 sq ft space also inspires moods and narrates tales in ways similar to the Funmix line. Large blocks of colors are used unadorned and lifted by a warm and white underglow.



Pantone’s Hong Kong location follows concept stores in Milan, a beachwear store in Saint Tropez, and the Pantone Hotel in Brussels, as part of an effort on the company’s role to explore communication with color in physical spaces.
