Salad Server

Thomas Hasenbichler of Vienna, Austria, designed his Salad Server to be the center of attention because “nowadays salads are main dishes,” he says. The large brushed stainless-steel surfaces ensure that lettuce leaves are lifted gently; a small notch in one of the tongs strains excess dressing. The 12 x 2-inch tools sell for $38. www.wmf.com
