Smithsonian Teen Design Fair
On September 13 I participated in the Smithsonian National Design Museum’s annual Teen Design Fair in Washington, D.C., at the National Portrait Gallery. On October 18 I will join Tim Gunn and the National Design Award winners and finalists at the Teen Design Fair in NYC. As an introduction to all genres of design, these events are a great boon to high schoolers, who are, after all, the next generation of designers. See the video of the 2011 event in Washington here. And read more about the Cooper Hewitt initiative here.
