Dateline NEW YORK, Dec. 25, 2015. A man calling himself Nick Claus was apprehended by police after witnesses called 911 shortly after midnight. He was parking a sleigh on the roof of 310 2nd Ave. Believing they thwarted a robbery in progress, the 200-year-old Claus is being held at the 13th Precinct, and his reindeer are now in custody of social services.
