Looking ahead to our 75th anniversary has given us an excellent excuse to delve deep into the Print magazine archives and get lost down there for a while.

Among the things we’ve revisited and rediscovered: An issue guest-edited by CBS ad great Lou Dorfsman. Coverage of Paul Rand’s then-new IBM logo. An article by Albert Einstein (no joke).

At the moment, however, we’re a bit seduced by the wide-ranging covers of the 1950s, which are a vintage magazine cover wonderland. Here are some of the highlights.
