Today at Apple is a new YouTube series featuring free sessions and hands-on workshops that the Apple store hosts to inspire creativity in art, video, coding, and really, anything creative. Whether your experience level is beginner or advanced, the sessions will inspire you to roll up your sleeves and get creative.

Better still, in the first episode, you can learn how to draw yourself as a Peanuts character in the Pages application.

The episode walks you through the design process under the guidance of Apple store employee Anthony. He speaks with Apple TV's The Snoopy Show showrunner Mark Evestaff and storyboard artist Krista Porter. You learn more about what makes the little kids with big problems into these timeless characters and how to depict emotions in a cartoon style. You can even decide what your cartoon outfit would be.

Not only does the workshop teach you how to draw in Peanuts’ cartoonist Charles M. Schulz's style, you learn tips and tricks about Apple devices, including how to collaborate on a Pages document and guidance on using an Apple Pencil.

I tried my hand at creating my Peanuts character, and let's just say I'll stick to writing.
