CADRE is a creative service and talent agency focused on strategic communications connection brands to Black audiences. Their branding system, designed by PARSONS was created to work hard for the people it represents. The color palette features a solid foundation of blacks, whites, and greys with a golden yellow to charge the design with a burst of energy.

The visual identity is sophisticated, artistic, and thoughtful, all while maintaining a sense of approachability. Not to mention something about Cadre's logo is just so satisfying; I don't know if it's how perfectly it's kerned or if the lowercase letters just seamlessly flow together, but it's flawless.

This identity was created for CADRE, a creative services and talent agency focused on strategic communications connecting brands to black audiences. CADRE means a small specially trained group of people, the core, the nucleus. The sophisticated utility of the identity is both strong and restrained.

The primary colour palette is streamlined to black, white and grey scale – golden poppy yellow is used on assets that are physically exchanged, such as the business card.

The word mark is architectural in construct to represent the stature and substance of CADRE’s creative talent. The crafted, unshakable monolithic type is set to lowercase for a brand that works hard for the people it represents.
