The design world geeked out about what Patrick Godfrey, Scott Dadich and their team might create when they launched Godfrey Dadich Partners in 2017—and they have not disappointed. From the Netflix series “Abstract” to their redesign of National Geographic Magazine to their Nike video work with A’ja Wilson, the firm headed up by the Godfrey Q founder and former Wired editor-in-chief has consistently turned out fresh and thoughtful work.
Now, Godfrey Dadich Partners is here to add some well-designed Pride Month delight to our Zoom backgrounds, thanks to a passion project coordinated by creative director Rachel Gogel.
“While the pandemic caused the cancellation of many in-person Pride events this year, that didn’t stop my peers—whether they personally identify with the LGBTQ+ community or not—from joining me in celebrating pride and the everlasting power of love through the creation of these virtual backgrounds,” Gogel says. “The whole shop engaged in the process and we hope to see them used out in the world beyond the month of June.”
