My Christmas stocking, so to speak, is a vintage dental cabinet made by the Hamilton Wood Type company in Two Rivers, Wisc. It is where on Christmas morn I find one or two little gems (or the occasional piece of coal, left by Mother Xmas). I call this my wunderkammer (or cabinet of wonders) in which I keep all the small typographical, graphic design and ephemeral doodads I've assembled over the past thirty years.
This past weekend I was inside doing my online holiday shopping, I've given myself a break, Daily Heller-wise, and share with you today a few drawers of my wunderkammer. You may see some familiar and never seen before items. I hope the cabinet tickles your own fancy as it does mine. HoHoHO.
