Everyone has their top ten something-or-other at the end of the year. This being the end of the first decade of the 2000s and beginning of the next, I am compelled to add my own greatest hits (above and below). For the record, my favorite is Silvio Berlusconi’s recent tussle, while the best near miss is below bottom. Happy New Year, and may the world not get beaten as badly in 2010s as over the past ten.
