Moscow has such a storied design history that a museum devoted to it is essential. Organizing and maintaining a showcase-repository was, however, untried until 2011 when a team of young art historians, curators, architects and designers got an idea of how to make this project a reality, officially called the Moscow Design Museum—and also make a bus into what they call a mobile exhibition hall.

The goal is promotion and development of Russian design and presentation of the best examples of design in Russia. The bus will travel to various public platforms around Moscow and other Russian cities. Exhibitions are listed here. You may have missed them, but here are some of the events.
