Graphic designer Ray Johnson is featured in a new MoMA exhibit, exploring his more experimental works and hand-written typography. The handwritten type in particular, like in the project below as part of a series called “Strange Devices…” from 1955-1960, shows Johnson’s forward-thinking ideas still have influence today.
