If you haven’t watched The Queen’s Gambit, what are you waiting for? The Netflix series recently took home an Emmy for Outstanding Limited or Anthology Series, and, honestly, “outstanding” is an understatement.
Mondo is a small group based in Austin, Texas who works with artists to create posters, books, toys, apparel, and Vinyl art for the Classics. Recently, the group worked with graphic designer Alan Hynes to create a mind-bending Vinyl cover for a soundtrack by the composer Carlos Rafael. The checkerboard inspiration is apparent, but we won’t spoil the reason behind the choice of green for you.
