Birkenstock's Architect Collection from Footprints is a fashion-forward departure for a company long associated with hippies and granola. Made from recyclable materials, such as compostable technogel, the resoleable shoes were designed by fuseproject's Yves Behar. The women's line debuts this month, the men's in September.
