Los Angeles designer Donald BonAsia created Forkchops so one can “eat in every language.” The utensils feature a fork and knife on one end and a pair of chopsticks on the other. Originally designed in plastic, they’re now in triple-plated stainless steel. Made in Germany, Forkchops are available through the Japanese American National Museum Store at $35 a pair. www.janmstore.com
